how long will it take for my package to arrive?

We will always try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, please get in touch if you need a faster delivery time. All our products are dispatched within 48 hours of your purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

For deliveries made in Mexico you can choose FedEx Economy 2 to 5 business days or FedEx Next Day 1 to 2 business days.

For international shipping the approximate delivery time is: USA and Canada 3 to 4 days and the rest of the world 5 to 7 days.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and your destination’s customs. 

what are your RETURN POLICIES?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and hope that you love your new LUBA piece. But if for some reason you wish to return it, we accept returns within 5 days of receiving your package. Please send us an email if you wish to do so, with a picture of the item in question to: info@luba.mx

Also, please note there are some exceptions for returning an item:

Non returnable items include:

- Items on sale.
- Items that have been clearly worn out, damaged or altered.
- If you received the package more than 5 days ago.
- Items damaged or lost during shipping.

When you return an item, please make sure it is shipped in its original package.

We understand sometimes is difficult to know your ring size. Please follow our ring size chart and if you have more doubts contact us, we are here to help. 

Once we receive the package we will check the item’s condition and once approved we will proceed with the refund. Your original shipping charges are non refundable.

Please note that every piece of jewellery is handmade, therefore some minor imperfections can be noticed.

is my paymenT secure?

Yes! All payments are processed via Paypal, if you don’t have a Paypal account it is very easy to start a new one, no extra charges you only need a credit or debit card and your email. For more information please enter the Paypal site.

How can I care for my new LUBA piece?

To avoid excessive wear to your piece, we recommend keeping your jewelry dry and avoid unnecessary humidity. Be sure to remove jewelry when swimming, or bathing. If at any point you feel like your jewelry is in need of a polish, a polishing cloth, household silver polish or even toothpaste will work for a quick shine up. You can also take your jewelry to your local jeweler and they'll usually polish it up for you.
